There is now an exciting opportunity for a new Operations Manager to take a leading role in development of Gala Rugby at a time of great opportunity and change for the club. The club has huge untapped potential and the Executive board need a proven leader with the drive, enthusiasm, positive attitude to help the Executive deliver a progressive and financially stable club that is a positive institution and ambassador for Galashiels.
The way that Gala Rugby is now operating, its ambitions, the vision and the culture in the club is very progressive and we want to encourage the full potential from everyone involved with the club for the benefit of our young people and Galashiels.
